We received a lot of rain last night and this morning, and lo and behold look what it brought in.
Not only did we have a rare visitor, but it laid eggs!
First it was a fawn left on our front porch all day, and now it's turtle eggs in the yard. (I only hope the snakes and other critters keep away from them).
She's already left by the way.
Dewberries, yum!
